We are pleased to announce that Benfleet Forwarding Limited is to formally integrate with Delamode Anglia Limited (formerly Anglia Forwarding Limited) as from 1st May 2021.
The Senior Management of both freight forwarding companies, which are part of Xpediator PLC Group, has made the strategic decision to consolidate the UK transport support solutions companies and form a single uniformed trading entity and brand. The restructure has considerably strengthened its freight management services provision. The coming together of the freight forwarder businesses in 2021 means the logistics company’s sales, operations and customer services departments will form one enhanced UK freight forwarding company.

The integration of the freight forwarding companies’ employees and freight management services expertise creates a business even better positioned to serve clients and deliver superior transport support solutions in the evolving global marketplace.
What does this mean?
The restructuring of the freight forwarding company creates significant economies of scale and a more sustainable and streamlined model. This brings the strengths of each of the transport solutions companies together and supports our vision of delivering best in class freight management services for our clients. Operating as a single UK freight forwarding company allows us to strengthen key areas, including our European road transport solution, sea freight services and air courier operations, as well as customer services and account management.
Later in the year, Delamode PLC freight forwarding services division will also consolidate its logistics and warehousing activities into Delamode Anglia Limited as part of the ongoing integration of the UK freight management services.
