‘Dynamic, Challenging, Interesting
What is your day-to-day in your role?
‘Every day is different and filled with new challenges. I am in constant communication with our customers and in communication with my team. Our customers are constantly moving and facing different problems and questions on their route, we are always available to help them.
In addition, I call and meet new transport companies daily in order to become part of our portfolio of satisfied customers and offer our services.’
What is your favourite part of your role?
‘I am a dynamic person and as such what makes me love my position is precisely the dynamism, diversity and challenges it offers.
Every day I meet and communicate with different people, I have the opportunity to help their business, and their gratitude and loyalty mean a lot to me.’
What led you to your current role?
‘Although I worked mainly in a small market of 2 million inhabitants, I managed together with my team to have a large number of clients and good results.
Perseverance, hard work and luck are the main factors in the progress of my position and the whole office.’
Who is your biggest inspiration?
‘My children are my biggest inspiration for me to be successful and overall a better person.’
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I am obsessed with Netflix productions, every evening is dedicated to some TV show.
After work I like to spend time with my children, we usually walk in the park, hang out with our friends and play board games.
What is your end goal for your career?
For me, the position and the title it has are not important. My goal is for Affinity Balkans to continue to be a success story, to conquer new markets, to grow consumption and to constantly refresh and increase the products we offer.
