About The Ashley Scrivens Foundation

The Ashley Scrivens Foundation (TASF) is a grant making trust set up to support and promote the development of youth sport within Cirencester, The Forest of Dean and the surrounding area, with a forward giving philosophy to extend the impact of the grants that we make.

The foundation is named in the memory of Ashley, who passed away in 2014 at the tender age of 24 from a rare and aggressive form of skin cancer. Ashley was a talented rugby player, and played for Cirencester RFC, where he also devoted a lot of spare time in coaching the youth elements of the club.

TASF hopes to carry forward Ashley’s sense of community, his sense of humour, and his passion for developing young sports people, both on and off the field.

Transaid

As a corporate partner, Xpediator Plc are proud supporters of Transaid, an international charity that seeks to reduce poverty in some of the world’s poorest countries by investing in transport. Transport is essential for life but the reality for many of the poorest people across Africa and the developing world is that access to transport is poor, inadequate or non-existant.

Transaid, an international development charity, recognises that transport knowledge is absolutely essential to the smooth running of any project involving movement of goods or people. Transaid seeks to identify, champion, implement and share local transport solutions to improve access to basic services and economic opportunity for people in Africa and in developing countries. http://www.transaid.org
